Minnesota then made it three-in-a-row in their home opener, as they downed Toronto last night, 117-94.
Anthony Edwards led the way with 26 points, while LaMelo Ball put up 15points and dished out eight assists.

Cleveland go into this matchup having rebounded from the season-opening loss with a victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers kicked off the campaign with a trip to Philadelphia to face a new-look 76ers team, and they fell to a 114-106 defeat.
They bounced back in their home opener though, as they downed Brooklyn 125-121 on Saturday.
Donovan Mitchell had 22 points, five rebounds and four assists against the Nets, while Evan Mobley registered a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Jarrett Allen also made his presence felt for the Cavaliers, as he contributed 21 points and eight rebounds.
