Memphis Grizzlies at Portland Trail Blazers Predictions & Picks

Portland are tipped to win this battle of unbeaten Western Conference teams.

The Trail Blazers have home advantage against a Grizzlies team playing its fourth straight road game, and they just knocked off the Lakers and a red-hot Luka Doncic in Los Angeles.
  • Portland Trail Blazers have a 3-0 record
  • Portland Trail Blazers covered in their only previous home game
  • Portland Trail Blazers have won the previous 3 meetings in 2026
  • The Over cashed in Portland’s 2 previous games

Head To Head

  • Portland Trail Blazers lead the all-time series 64-53
  • Portland Trail Blazers won 122-114 when the two teams last met in March 2026

Memphis Grizzlies Form

Memphis head to Portland having won three consecutive road games to improve their perfect record to 4-0.

The Grizzlies opened the season at home, and enjoyed a winning start as they eased to a 123-103 victory over Utah.

They have since built on that victory on their travels, and are now just one win away from a perfect four-game road trip.

Memphis downed Golden State 111-108 last Friday night, and followed that up a couple of nights later as they beak Sacramento 123-112.

The Grizzlies then travelled to Utah, where they beat the Jazz 110-105 on Monday.

Portland Trail Blazers Form

Portland also enter this matchup boasting a 100% record, having opened with three consecutive victories.

The Trail Blazers were also handed a home game on opening night, and just like the Grizzlies they picked up the ‘dub’ as they crushed Phoenix, 124-83.

They have since backed up that victory on the road, knocking off a couple of Western Conference opponents.

Portland beat the Kings 128-120 in Sacramento, before heading to Los Angeles to win a shootout with the Lakers, 136-129.

Ja Morant and Deni Avdija led the way with 23 points apiece, while Jrue Holiday put up 22 and Damian Lillard contributed 21.

Verdict

Two hot teams are going head-to-head in this one, but we are leaning towards Portland.

Not only do they have home advantage, but they have scorers throughout the team and appear capable of out-scoring anyone in a sprint this season – just ask Doncic and the Lakers!
