The Pacers reeled off five consecutive wins to go into Christmas Day in good form, but they failed to maintain that momentum.

Indiana avenged the loss to the Celtics with a 123-114 victory two nights later, and then rebounded from a 120-112 loss to Milwaukee with three straight wins.

Chicago have won four of the last five, but the Bulls remain an untrustworty team.
