Denver Nuggets at LA Clippers Preview & Picks – Denver To Continue LA Cover Trend In NBA

Denver are tipped to cover as they win on the road.

The Nuggets are in better form and have already covered while winning the first two meetings this season.

Denver go into this game in great form, having won each of their last four games and 14 of the last 17.

Their current win streak started on January 5 when they faced tonight’s opponents, the LA Clippers, at home.

The Nuggets won that matchup in convincing fashion, 122-91, to go 2-0 against the Clippers this season.

Denver then backed up that win with a 121-108 victory against Cleveland and a 122-109 win against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Nuggets then made it three-in-a-row on Wednesday night as they blew out Phoenix 126-97 at home.

Los Angeles go into this game on the back of a win but in terrible form, having lost six of the last seven.

A 116-110 defeat in Boston on December 29 proved to be the start of a six-game losing skid for the Clippers.

That was followed by a 131-130 defeat in Indiana, before they returned home for a 110-100 loss at the hands of Miami.

LA went back out on the road after that and the losing continued as they fell 122-91 to Denver and 128-115 to Minnesota.

A return home did not immediately bring about a change of fortune either, as they lost 112-108 to Atlanta, but the Clippers finally snapped their skid on Tuesday with a 113-101 win against Dallas.
