USA vs Serbia Preview & Picks – USA To Continue Dominance In Olympics Basketball Tournament

The United States are tipped to power past Serbia in the semi-finals of the men's Olympic basketball tournament.

The Americans have looked unstoppable throughout the entire tournament so far, and have already blown out Serbia once in the group stage.

USA’s appearances in the group stages were quite intimidating, winning all three games without any issues.  

Their tournament started with a convincing 110-84 victory against Serbia, Kevin Durant scoring 23 points and missing just one shot in the entire match.  

USA made it two in a row three days after by beating South Sudan 103-86, Bam Adebayo topping the charts with 18 points, seven rebounds and one assist.  

Steve Kerr’s side were also victorious in their third match against Puerto Rico 104-83, Anthony Edwards playing a key role with 26 points. 

The Stars and Stripes demolished Brazil 122-87 in the quarterfinal, Devin Booker topping the charts this time with 18 points, three rebounds and three assists. 

Serbia failed to compete against USA in their Olympics opening match, losing that clash convincingly 110-84.  

They returned to winning ways instantly three days after, crushing Puerto Rico 107-66, Nikola Jokic dominating the floor with 14 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists.  

Joker led the team to their 2nd victory in the third round against South Sudan 96-85 to punch the quarterfinals ticket, scoring 22 points while also adding 13 rebounds and four assists to his name. Bogdan Bogdanovic also had an amazing night with 30 points, eight assists and four rebounds, 10/14 field goal. 

The Eagles were behind by 24 points in their quarterfinals match against Australia, but pulled a miraculous comeback and won 95-90 in overtime, Jokic ending the duel with 21 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists.
