Army go into this matchup having pulled off an upset in last weekend’s AAC Championship Game against Tulane.
The Black Knights have won 11 of their 12 games so far this season, with their only defeat coming at the hands of Notre Dame on November 23.
They were no match for the Fighting Irish that day, losing 49-14 to their top-10 ranked opponents, but they responded strongly to that defeat.
Army got back to winning ways in their regular season finale as they beat UTSA at home, 29-24.
The Black Knights then backed that up by upsetting five-point favorites Tulane in the conference championship, winning 35-14 last weekend.
Navy Form
Navy go into this matchup on the back of a win, but having lost three of their previous five games to sit 8-3 on the season.
The Midshipmen opened the campaign with six consecutive wins, which included four victories in conference action.
Their form cooled off in late October though, starting with a 51-14 blowout loss at the hands of Notre Dame.
Navy then lost 24-10 at Rice, before rebounding on the road with a 28-7 victory when they visited South Florida.
The Midshipmen failed to build on that as they were shut out in a 35-0 home loss to Tulane, but they did bounce back last time out as they won 34-20 at East Carolina.

Army have had a memorable season and they are, quite simply, the better team.
