The Devils finally ended that slump on Sunday though, as they ran out 6-2 winners when they hosted Anaheim.

Vancouver go into Wednesday night’s matchup looking from a defeat that dropped them to 4-1-3.
The Canucks made a slow start to the season as they lost their first three games, but they kick-started their campaign in the second half of October.
They finally got off the mark with a 3-2 overtime win at Florida, and backed that up with a 3-0 victory in Philadelphia and a 6-3 win in Chicago,
Vancouver made it four-in-a-row when they returned home to beat Pittsburgh 4-3, but they failed to extend that streak to five games.
The Canucks played host to Carolina on Monday and suffered a 4-3 overtime defeat at the hands of the Hurricanes.
Verdict
Vancouver are the team in better form despite Monday's defeat, and they also have home advantage.
We expect to see a response from the Canucks in what could turn out to be a high-scoring clash.
