They rebounded with a blowout win over South Carolina State (49-3) but then made hard work of a 14-8 win over Georgia Tech as their stock continued to plummet.

DJ Uiagalelei has seemingly wilted under the shadow of some great Clemson QBs that have come before him.
He has gone 76/140 for just 793 yards, three touchdowns and three picks. Uiagalelei has rushed fro 160 yards and two TDs.
Only two receivers have hit triple figures for receiving due to the lack of a passing game. Joseph Ngata has 333 yards, with Justyn Ross has 231 yards and three TDs.
Will Shipley has been a bright spot on the offense with 227 yards from scrimmage and five TDs. Kobe Pace has 282 all-purpose yards and two scores.

Syracuse come into this matchup with a 3-3 record after losing each of their last two games.
The Orange opened with a 29-9 win over Ohio on opening day but fell 17-7 to Rutgers a week later.
They bounced back with a 62-24 crushing of Albany and followed that up with a narrow 24-21 win over Liberty.
They have not won since though, dropping a couple of close games to Florida State (33-30) and #19 Wake Forest (40-37).
Starting QB Garrett Shrader has gone 49/86 for 619 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions. His biggest impact has come on the ground with 412 yards rushing and eight touchdowns.
The ground game is key to this offense. Sean Tucker leads with way with 791 yards and nine TDs. He also has 204 yards and two TDs through the air.
