YES! Sports betting was legalized in the State in March 2020, but at this time no bets have been taken because State officials are in talks with local tribes about an agreement that would see sports betting become legal on tribal land.

What Washington Betting Rules Do I Need To Know?

While sports betting has been legalized in Washington there is still work to be done before it can be launched in the State.

At this time there has been no official confirmation on how old bettors will need to be, and while some States allow bettors to be as young as 18, most States that currently allow legalized betting require bettors to be 21 or older.

One of the things we do know about the legalization of sports betting in Washington is that when betting begins, all bets will have to be placed at a tribal casino facility.
