Jacksonville entered this short week having rebounded from the London loss to Houston with their fifth win of the season.
The Jaguars enjoyed a winning start to the campaign as they blew out Cleveland at home, 34-10.
They lost 20-13 in Denver a week later, but rebounded with a 35-6 rout of New England at home, before heading to Cincinnati to upset the Bengals 22-17.
A walk-off field goal then lifted Jacksonville to a 19-17 win over Philadelphia in London, only for them to suffer that same fate themselves a week later as they lost 34-31 to the Texans.
The Jaguars issued an immediate response however, as they dominated Indianapolis in a 42-7 victory last weekend.
Baltimore Ravens Form
Baltimore go into this matchup on the back of third consecutive defeat, which saw them lose Lamar Jackson to a season-ending injury.
The Ravens kicked off the season with a 41-23 win at Indianapolis, and then answered a 24-17 loss to New Orleans with three straight wins.
They beat Dallas 34-31 in Brazil, downed Tennessee 24-18 at home, and then travelled to Atlanta to beat the Falcons in overtime 30-23.
Baltimore’s run was ended in Cleveland though, as they lost 13-10 to the Browns, and that was followed by a 35-13 loss to Cincinnati.
The Ravens’ skid then reached three games last Sunday, as Jackson and backup Tyler Huntley suffered injuries in a 36-10 loss at Buffalo.
Verdict
Baltimore’s offense was already struggling, and now they appear set to start a third-string quarterback or a new face altogether on Thursday.
