San Antonio Spurs Form
San Antonio head to Sacramento having rebounded from a slow start by winning six straight games.
The Spurs opened with back-to-back home defeats, falling 116-104 to Oklahoma City and 114-110 to Houston, but have responded in strong fashion.
They got off the mark with a 122-106 win in Dallas, and backed that up at home as they blew out Sacramento, 130-103.
San Antonio then beat Utah in overtime on the road, 117-111, before returning home to win three straight at the Frost Bank Center.
The Spurs beat Minnesota 121-111, and followed that up by downing Utah, 119-97, and Dallas, 112-111.
Sacramento Kings Form
Sacramento go into this matchup having failed to build on their first win of the season, suffering their seventh defeat last time out.
The Kings opened the season with a 121-96 loss at the LA Clippers, and then dropped back-to-back games at home as they fell to Portland, 128-120, and Memphis, 123-112.
They then went out on a four-game roadtrip that saw their losing run reach six games.
Sacramento lost 130-103 in San Antonio, 132-120 at New Orleans and 136-105 when they visited Memphis.
The Kings finally got off the mark in the last game of that trip, wining 115-100 in Dallas, but they quickly returned to losing ways as they lost at home to the Los Angeles Lakers, 116-103.
Verdict
San Antonio were slow out of the blocks, but they have picked up steam over the past couple of weeks and are on a six-game win streak.
Sacramento, on the other hand, are piling up losses and have covered just twice all season, so give us the Spurs on the road.
