Ryan Garcia has compiled a perfect 22-0 record to establish himself as a rising star.
After winning minor titles at super-featherweight he made the move up to lightweight a couple of years ago.
He knocked out Romero Duno in just 98 seconds to win the vacant WBC silver title in November 2019.
Garcia then successfully defending that title with an 80-second demolition of Francisco Fonseca four months later.
That victory set up the biggest fight of his career so far – a bout for the vacant WBC interim title.
The 23-year-old American took his chance, stopping British star Luke Campbell in the seventh round in January 2021.
Garcia did not fight again until April of this year due to injury, but he made up for lost time, earning a decision win over Emmanuel Tagoe.

Former WBA (regular) featherweight champion Javier Fortuna has gone 4-2 with 1 No Contest over his last seven fights.
He suffered the second defeat of his professional career in January 2018 when he dropped a split decision to Robert Easter Jr.
His next bout, against Adrian Granados, ended in a No Contest when Fortuna fell from the ring and sustained an injury.
Fortuna made a winning return in February 2019 when he bested Sharif Bogere over 12 rounds, and he then followed that up with a second-round stoppage of Antonio Loazada Jr.
That earned the 32-year-old Dominican a crack at the vacant WBC interim lightweight title against Joseph Diaz in July 2021.
Fortuna was outclassed on the night though, suffering a unanimous decision defeat to Joseph Diaz.
He was able to bounce back in February though, finishing Rafael Hernandez in the first round to take his professional record to 37-3-1, 2 NCs.
