Montreal head out on the road for the final time in the regular season boasting a 12-3-1 record.
The Alouettes already have the division sewn up as they try to win back-to-back Grey Cups, with postseason football being sealed in August.
They raced out of the blocks with a five-game win streak, and then rebounded from a loss to Toronto with another five-game surge that took them to 10-1.
Montreal have been able to take their foot off the gas in recent weeks and that has resulted in two wins, two defeats and one tie in their last five games.
The Alouettes went into their final bye week on the back of a 37-31 loss in Toronto, but rebounded on Monday night to beat Ottawa 19-12.
BC Lions Form
BC go into this matchup having also secured a place in the postseason, but in desperate need of a victory.
The Lions rebounded from an opening-day defeat with a run of five consecutive victories, but that level of consistency has eluded them since then.
They lost their next five games and then failed to build on a 38-12 win over Ottawa and a 37-23 victory in Montreal as they lost their next two games.
BC were beaten 33-17 by Toronto and 32-29 by Hamilton in overtime either side of a bye, but they did avoid a third straight loss with a 32-15 win over Calgary.
The Lions were unable to back that up though, as they travelled to Saskatchewan last weekend to lose 39-8 to the Roughriders.
