Toronto go into this matchup looking to build on last week’s win and register their first road victory of the season.
The Argonauts kicked things off with home games either side of an early bye, and they made a successful start, beating the BC Lions 35-27 and Edmonton 39-36.
They failed to make it to three-in-a-row though, losing 30-20 to defending champions Montreal, and that was followed by a 30-23 defeat at Saskatchewan in their road opener.
Toronto responded with a 37-18 upset of the Alouettes on the road, only to then suffer a 27-24 defeat in Hamilton.
The Argonauts did, however, issued an immediate response to that loss as they edged Winnipeg in overtime, 16-14, last weekend.
Calgary Stampeders Form
Calgary return home looking to bounce back from their fourth defeat in their last six games, which has left them 3-4.
The Stampeders enjoyed a winning start to the season as they down Hamilton 32-24 at home, only to then lose 26-17 at the BC Lions in their road opener.
That sent them into the bye week at 1-1, but when they returned to action a week later they got back to winning ways with a 22-19 overtime success against Winnipeg.
Calgary again failed to back up a victory though, as they were beaten 30-26 at Montreal and 41-37 in Winnipeg.
The Stampeders avoided a third straight loss, beating BC 25-24 at home, only to then suffer a 33-6 blowout defeat when they visited Ottawa last time out.
