Carlos Adames (24-1, 18 KOs) defends his WBC world middleweight title against Hamzah Sheeraz (21-0, 17 KOs) at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, February 22.
The fight can be exclusively seen globally in over 200 countries on DAZN PPV, and is part of a huge card that features no less than seven fights for either a world title or an interim world title.
Adames is making the second defence of his world title, having been upgraded from the interim status he earned with a ninth-round knockout of Julian Williams in June 2023.
He was named the full champion last year, just hours after Jermall Charlo was stripped of the title, and in his first defence of the WBC middleweight crown he beat Terrell Gausha by unanimous decision.
The 30-year-old Dominican now takes Sheeraz, who has compiled a perfect professional record since debuting in September 2017, racking up 17 knockouts of the way.
The London-born fighter has held several minor middleweight titles during his rise up the ladder, and he also possesses a first-round knockout win over Liam Williams, a former world title contender who has shared the ring with the likes of Demetrius Andrade and Chris Eubank Jr.
But can Sheeraz now record the biggest win of his career so far to become the latest British fighter to hold a world title, or will Adames turn back his challenge in Riyadh?
You can see for yourself thanks to DAZN’s global live streaming service, which is broadcasting the fight live online via PPV.
