The Cavaliers enjoyed a season-best win streak between early February and the middle of March as they reeled off 16 consecutive victories.
Along the way they knocked off defending champions Boston, 123-116, before finally seeing their tear end with a 108-103 home defeat to Orlando.
Cleveland failed to issue a swift response to that loss as they then went out on the road to lose 132-119 at the LA Clippers, 123-119 in Sacramento and 123-112 at Phoenix.
The Cavaliers finally stopped the rot on Sunday though, as they took down the Jazz in Utah, 120-91.

Portland go into this game looking to issue an immediate response to the loss that ended a four-game win streak.
The Trail Blazers endured a tough run earlier this month as they lost five straight games, starting with a 128-118 defeat in Boston.
They then lost 107-89 at Oklahoma City, 119-112 at home to Detroit, 130-120 at Golden State and 114-113 in overtime when they hosted New York.
Portland’s losing skid finally ended with a 105-102 home win over Toronto though, and they were able to back up that success.
The Trail Blazers beat Washington 112-97, Memphis 115-99 and Denver 128-109, only to see their win streak end on Sunday as they fell 129-116 to Boston.
