The Knicks, who went 50-32 in the regular season, needed six games to take down Philadelphia in the first round.

The Knicks failed to follow up those wins on the road though, suffering 111-106 and 121-89 defeats at the hands of the Pacers.

Indiana dug themselves into an early hole in this series, as they were beaten 121-117 and 130-121 in New York, but they rebounded at home.
The Pacers ended their losing sequence with a 111-106 win over the Knicks, and then backed that up with a 121-89 blowout success that knotted it up at 2-2.
Verdict
Momentum is firmly with Indiana after that convincing victory in Game 4.
New York appear to be running out of steam as this series progresses, and the Pacers' aggressive approach can be key to a big road win here.
