The Thunder enjoyed a great first couple of months of the season and ended 2023 on a four-game win streak.
They took it to five-in-a-row in their first game of 2024, beating Boston 127-123, before seeing their streak end with a 141-138 defeat in Atlanta and a 124-115 loss at Brooklyn.
Oklahoma City got back on track before returning home though, beating Washington 136-128 and Miami 128-120.
The Thunder then took their streak to four-in-a-row as they downed Portland 139-77 and Orlando 112-100, only to see it end with a 112-105 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
LA Clippers Form
Los Angeles come into this game in good form despite a defeat last time out, having won eight of their previous 10 outings.
The Clippers sparked a five-game win streak with a 113-104 victory over Charlotte on Boxing Day.
They then backed that up with a 117-106 win over Memphis and a 121-104 victory against Miami, before heading out on the road to beat Phoenix 131-122 and New Orleans 111-95.
LA’s run was halted by a 106-103 defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers, but they rebounded quickly to beat Phoenix 138-111 and Toronto 126-120 at home.
The Clippers made it three-in-a-row with a 128-119 victory in Memphis, but they were unable to make it four-in-a-row over the weekend as they lost 109-105 to Minnesota.
Verdict
LA have been one of the NBA's form teams in recent weeks and are backed to keep it going against a Thunder team who could be jaded after last night's loss.
