The Orange opened up with an expected 38-22 victory at home to Ohio, but they were not expected to follow that up against ranked opposition a week later.
They did though, fending off a fourth-quarter fightback from Georgia Tech to upset the #23 ranked Yellow Jackets, 31-28, at home.
Syracuse will now look to replicate their start to the 2023 campaign, when they opened up with a four-game win streak.
The Orange cooled off once the conference schedule began though, finishing 6-5, and they concluded the campaign with a 45-0 shutout loss to South Florida.

Syracuse just dispatched Georgia Tech in impressive fashion and we expect no let-down here.
