Man Utd vs Aston Villa Predictions
Manchester United welcome Aston Villa to Old Trafford for an intriguing Premier League encounter on Sunday.
High-scoring outcomes have been frequent in past encounters between these sides, and I expect more of the same at Old Trafford.
I have a full stake on BTTS and over 2.5 goals.

Man Utd Lead Aston Villa in Recent Head-to-Head
Manchester United and Aston Villa have met on 15 occasions since 2020. Man Utd claimed ten victories while Aston Villa picked up three wins. Two matches finished as draws.
United secured a 3-1 victory in their most recent meeting at Old Trafford earlier this year.
Man Utd Looking to Build on Wild Roma Comeback
Manchester United return to Premier League action after a dramatic 3-2 victory against Roma in Tuesday's Champions League contest at Old Trafford.
The Italian visitors made a flying start, with Matias Soule opening the scoring after just 11 minutes before Donyell Malen doubled their advantage from the penalty spot.
Bruno Fernandes pulled a goal back with a second-half penalty before Matheus Cunha scored twice in the closing stages to complete a remarkable second-half comeback.
After a miserable nine-game winless run, Michael Carrick's side produced one of their best displays of the season to secure a famous and much-needed victory at Old Trafford.
Final xG totals reflected United's attacking superiority. The hosts recorded a 2.72 xG total, while the visitors registered 1.53.
Tuesday's vital victory provided a much-needed response to back-to-back Premier League defeats against Chelsea (2-0) and Bournemouth (3-0). Carrick's men also failed to win their last three home EPL fixtures.
The Red Devils have made their worst-ever start to a Premier League campaign. United sit 17th in the Premier League with just seven points collected from nine games.
Villa Bounced in Barcelona
Aston Villa make the trip to Manchester after a disappointing 3-0 defeat against Barcelona in Tuesday's Champions League contest.
Lamine Yamal gave the Catalan giants a seventh-minute lead before Raphinha doubled their advantage shortly after half-time.
The Brazilian winger added a third after the break to complete a comfortable victory for the Spanish champions.
Unai Emery's side struggled to contain Barcelona's attacking threat. The hosts dominated possession (65%-35%) while registering 16 shots compared to Villa's nine.
Final xG totals also highlighted Barcelona's superiority. The home side recorded a 1.86 xG total compared to Villa's 0.71.
The Villans have now failed to win three successive matches after a run of four wins in a row earlier in October.
Villa have produced some encouraging domestic results despite their recent European setback, including a 2-1 victory against Manchester City and a 1-0 away win at Newcastle.
Emery's men now sit tenth in the Premier League with 12 points from nine matches.
Man Utd vs Aston Villa Team News
Man Utd: (4-2-3-1) Senne Lammens; Leny Yoro, Ayden Heaven, Noussair Mazraoui, Diogo Dalot; Youri Tielemans, Andrey Santos; Amad Diallo, Bruno Fernandes, Matheus Cunha; Bryan Mbeumo.
United boss Michael Carrick is expected to make some changes to his first XI this weekend.
Carlos Baleba is expected to miss out after suffering a hamstring injury in midweek, while Lisandro Martinez is suspended after his dismissal against Chelsea.
Youri Tielemans is expected to earn a recall after impressing as Baleba's replacement against Roma.
Luke Shaw, Manuel Ugarte and Benjamin Sesko remain sidelined with injury issues, but Patrick Dorgu has returned to training and could return to the matchday squad.
Speaking to UEFA, Carrick praised his side for their superb comeback win against Roma:
"It was a challenging game. I think we started OK in the game; we knew it was going to be tough - they've only had one defeat all season. They're a very, very good team.
"So we talked about what we wanted to do in the game; we started OK, and then the goal came from nowhere. We caused ourselves a few issues. In some ways, understandable with the run we've been on, a little bit anxious and a few nerves at times.
"Then I thought we grew into the game a bit at the end of the first half, and I spoke at half-time about being positive.
"Anything can happen here. I've seen it many times over the years. You just need something to go our way, and the boys were fantastic second half.
"They kept going, didn't get disappointed and got exactly what they deserved in the end."
Aston Villa: (4-2-3-1) Zion Suzuki; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Pau Torres, Ian Maatsen; Boubacar Kamara, Leon Goretzka; John McGinn, Johan Manzambi, Alysson; Nicolas Jackson.
Villa boss Unai Emery will be forced into some changes to his selection this weekend.
Matty Cash is suspended, so Aaron Wan-Bissaka expected to return to the starting XI against his former club.
Amadou Onana and Matteo Ruggeri remain injury concerns and will require further assessment before kick-off.
Emiliano Buendia, Ross Barkley and Tammy Abraham are among those pushing for starting recalls after appearing from the bench in Barcelona.
"The test was definitely not in the level we want to achieve, but there are a lot of things to learn, a lot of experience for the players and us," he said. "It is giving me a lot of information to analyse and compete at this level.
"Overall, we are competing fantastically in the Champions League, although playing the match we played, we have work to do to get to this level (of Barcelona).
"We were sometimes achieving it and close to scoring goals, but we must be ruthless in the attacking third; 3-0 is maybe more than we deserved, but we accept the defeat."
Verdict
Manchester United have struggled defensively this season, conceding in each of their first nine Premier League matches.
Villa have also looked vulnerable at the back, while United's dramatic comeback against Roma points towards a likely lively affair this weekend.
I’m putting my faith in a BTTS and over 2.5 goals double at Old Trafford.
