Michael Venom Page is a former Bellator welterweight title contender with a professional record of 21-2 (13 KOs, 3 Subs).
Page debuted in Bellator MMA in March 2013 and made an immediate impact as he won 10 straight fights to climb the ladder.
That run included an infamous second-round knockout win against Evangelista Santos which saw ‘Cyborg’ suffer a fractured skill from a flying knee, as well as a decision success against domestic rival Paul Daley.
That secured a welterweight title shot for Page, but he came up short on the night as he was knocked out in the second round by Douglas Lima for the first defeat of his career.
MVP responded with first-round knockouts of Richael Kiely and Giovannie Melillo, before taking out Shinsho Anzai with strikes in the second round.
He then bested Ross Houston on points and stopped Derek Anderson in one round to set up a rematch with Lima, who was no longer champion.
Page had his hand raised on this occasion, winning by split decision, and earned another shot at the 170lb crown in the process.
He again came up short, losing to Logan Storley via split decision, but he did rebound a year ago with a first-round knockout of Goiti Yamauchi.
