The UFC returns to Australia for a card that is headlined by no less than two world title fights.
The main event sees Dricus Du Plessis defend his middleweight title against the man he dethroned, Sean Strickland, while the in co-main event Zhang Weili defends the women’s strawweight crown against Tatiana Suarez.
Du Plessis completed his rise to the top of the 185lb division just over a year ago when he edged a split decision victory over Strickland.
Since then he has made a successful defence of the belt, tapping out former champion Israel Adesanya, while Strickland has rebounded with a points win over Paulo Costa.
So can Du Plessis prove his first win over Strickland was no fluke, or will the former champion get his revenge and regain the crown?
And in the co-main event, will Zhang make a third successful defence of the crown she regained back in November 2022?
Standing in her way is Suarez, who has won seven straight since signing with the UFC and boasts a perfect 10-0 career record.
Will Zhang become the first woman to inflict a defeat on her opponent, or will Suarez complete her rise to the summit in the women’s strawweight ranks?
