The Celtics then extended their win streak to five games with a 124-114 victory in Brooklyn, only to see their perfect start end with a 114-109 defeat at Minnesota on Monday night.

Philadelphia rebounded from losing their season-opener, reeling off five consecutive victories.
The 76ers were handed a tough start to the season in the form of a trip to face Milwaukee, and they came up short on the night, losing 118-117.
They bounced back before returning home though, downing the Raptors 114-107 in Toronto.
Philadelphia then marked their home opener with a 126-98 victory over Portland, and backed that up with another win over Toronto, this time taking it 114-99.
The 76ers then downed Phoenix 112-100 on Saturday night, before winning a high-scoring shootout with Washington, 146-128, on Monday.
