They won three straight in late March, but ended the month with a 123-104 loss in Minnesota, and then began April with a 119-103 defeat to Oklahoma City.
Detroit rallied to win 117-105 in Toronto, but failed to build on that victory as they returned home to lose 109-103 to Memphis and 127-117 to Sacramento.
The Pistons then beat New York 115-106 at home, only to drop back-to-back meetings with Milwaukee, 125-119 at home and 140-133 in overtime on the road.

The Knicks go into this game on the back of a victory, but having lost three of their previous four games.

New York lost 119-117 in overtime when they hosted Boston, and then fell to a 115-106 defeat when they visited Detroit.
