Chicago go into this Monday night matchup having now lost seven straight games to fall to 4-9.
The Bears opened the season with a come-from-behind win over Houston, only to lose their next two games on the road.
They rebounded with a 24-18 win over the Los Angeles Rams, and then blew out Carolina 36-10 at home before travelling to London for a 35-16 victory over Jacksonville.
The wheels have fallen off since then though, with Chicago’s 18-15 defeat in Washington sparking a collapse that cost Matt Eberflus his job.
The Bears were then embarrassed by Arizona and New England, and after three heart-breaking divisional losses they were then dominated in a 38-13 loss to San Francisco.

Minnesota enter this game on a great run of form, having won six consecutive games to take their record to 11-2.
The Vikings opened the season with five straight wins, before seeing their momentum stall with a 31-29 loss to Detroit and a 30-20 defeat at the Los Angeles Rams.
They rebounded with a 21-13 win over Indianapolis though, and that proved to be the start of this six-game tear they are currently on.
Minnesota went out on the road for three straight games and beat Jacksonville 12-7 and Tennessee 23-13, before fending off Chicago in a 30-27 overtime win.
The Vikings returned home for their next two games, and extended their streak with a 23-22 win over Arizona and a 42-21 victory against Atlanta.
