They fell 27-13 to Baltimore before losing 20-10 at Pittsburgh, but again managed to avoid a third consecutive loss as they beat the LA Rams 27-20.
New Orleans were once again unable to string together wins though, losing 13-0 at San Francisco last time out.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Form
Tampa Bay are still firmly in the playoff race despite losing their first game back since the bye week.
The Buccaneers now have a 5-6 record, meaning they cannot afford many more defeats in their postseason push.
They started the season positively with a 19-3 win at Dallas followed by a 20-10 victory at New Orleans.
Tampa Bay’s offense then stalled as they lost 14-12 to Green Bay, and although they performed much better a week later, that did not prevent a 41-31 defeat to Kansas City.
The Buccaneers were able to stop the rot with a 21-15 victory at home to Atlanta, but that win was followed up by three consecutive defeats.
They lost 20-18 in Pittsburgh and 21-3 at Carolina before returning home for a 27-22 loss to Baltimore.
Tampa snapped their skid with a 16-13 win against the LA Rams, and then backed that up with a 21-16 victory over Seattle in Germany.
However, when they returned from the bye last weekend they were beaten 23-17 in overtime in Cleveland.
