They started a four-game win streak with the 20-12 win against Chicago, and then backed that up overseas.
New York fought back to beat Green Bay 27-22 in London, and then returned to the US to beat Baltimore 24-20 at home and Jacksonville 23-17 on the road.
The Giants’ run was halted with a 27-13 loss at Seattle before the bye, but they bounced back at the first attempt with a 24-16 success against Houston.
They were unable to follow up that win though, suffering a surprise 31-18 home loss to Detroit last weekend.

Dallas got back on track last weekend and will now look to embark on a win streak that secures postseason football.
The Cowboys rebounded from a season-opening loss to win four straight games before losing a big divisional clash with Philadelphia.
They rebounded immediately though with a lop-sided 24-6 win at home to Detroit.
That was then followed up with a 49-29 win against Chicago that sent them into the bye with a 6-2 record.
Dallas’ return to action did not go as planned as they suffered a 31-28 overtime defeat at Green Bay, but once again they were able to avoid back-to-back losses.
The Cowboys dominated Minnesota in a 40-3 victory that was their best performance of the season to date.
