New York enter this game on the back of a loss but in improved form with three wins in their last four games.
The Giants exited the playoff picture pretty quickly this season as they lost eight of their first 10 games.
They suffered three straight defeats between late October and mid-November that effectively ended their campaign, but they did rally after that with three consecutive wins.
Backup quarterback Tommy DeVito led New York to a 31-19 win at division rivals Washington, and they backed that up at home with a 10-7 victory over New England and a 24-22 upset of Green Bay.
The Giants failed to make it four wins in a row though, as they went out on the road and lost 25-6 at New Orleans last time out.
Philadelphia Eagles Form
Philadelphia come into this matchup in desperate need of a win after losing three straight to fall to 10-4.
The Eagles enjoyed a couple of five-game win streaks during the first 12 weeks of the season, taking control of the NFC East in the process.
Their form has nose-dived since the start of December though, and they are now in a fight with Dallas for the division crown.
Philadelphia’s losing run began with a 42-19 defeat to San Francisco in a rematch from last season’s NFC Championship Game.
The Eagles then suffered a 33-13 blowout defeat at Dallas in a huge NFC East clash, before travelling to Seattle and losing to the Seahawks, 20-17.
