Tennessee Titans Form

Tennessee head to Arrowhead riding a five-game win streak that has put them top of the AFC South.

The Titans fell to a 21-20 defeat in the season opener at home to the New York Giants, and that was followed by a 41-7 blowout loss at Buffalo.

They have bounced back from that heavy loss at the hands of the Bills though.

Tennessee notched their first win with a 24-22 victory against Las Vegas, and then backed that up with two more wins before the bye week.

The Titans won 24-17 at Indianapolis before downing Washington on the road, 21-17.

In their first game back after the bye they downed Indianapolis 19-10 at home, and that was followed up by a 17-10 win at Houston last time out.

Kansas City Chiefs Form

Kansas City emerge from the bye week looking to build on their best performance of the season.

The Chiefs opened the season with back-to-back wins, beating Arizona 44-21 at home before edging the Los Angeles Chargers at home, 27-24.

They failed to make it three-in-a-row as they fell to a surprise 20-17 loss at Indianapolis, but they bounced back quickly.

Kansas City beat Tampa Bay 41-31 on the road and then returned home to fend off a Las Vegas fightback in a 30-29 win.

The Chiefs once again failed to string together three wins though, losing 24-20 at home to Buffalo.

Their response to that loss was an emphatic one, as the offense ripped apart the San Francisco defense in a 44-23 win at Levi’s Stadium.
