Tennessee Titans Form
Tennessee head out on the road in desperate need of a victory, having lost each of their first three games.
The Titans appeared to be cruising to victory opening weekend, when they took a 17-0 lead late in the second half in Chicago.
They went into meltdown from there though, giving up a blocked punt and a pick six as they allowed the Bears to score 24 unanswered points and win 24-17.
Tennessee failed to rebound from that in their home opener, as they were this time beaten 24-17 by the New York Jets.
The Titans then fell to 0-3 last weekend as they suffered another defeat at home, losing 30-14 to Green Bay.
Miami Dolphins Form
Miami go into their third home game in four weeks looking to kick-start their season after back-to-back defeats.
The Dolphins got off to a winning start as they downed Jacksonville 20-17 on opening weekend, but the wheels have come off since then.
They suffered a 31-10 blowout defeat at home to Buffalo on Thursday Night Football, and further injury was added to the insult.
Miami lost starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to a concussion during the defeat, and he is now sidelined for the near future at the very least.
Skyler Thompson was handed the starting role for last week’s game against Seattle, but the Dolphins could only manage a first-quarter field goal in a 24-3 defeat.
