The Renegades opened the season with a 22-20 come-from-behind win at home to Vegas that saw them score two pick sixes.
They struggled for consistency over the next few weeks though, losing 23-14 at Houston before edging Orlando 10-9 at home.
Arlington then fell to a 24-11 defeat in St Louis, only to bounce back with a 12-10 win in San Antonio that saw them again climb above .500.
The Renegades again failed to follow up a win though, as they were beaten 15-9 in the return game with the Brahmas, and they then lost 24-15 when they entertained Seattle.
However, they were able to take a big step towards the postseason last weekend, as they won 18-16 in Orlando.

DC have already wrapped up a playoff place thanks to a 7-1 record, and need just one more win to secure homefield advantage for the North Division Championship Game.
The Defenders opened the season with a 22-18 win against Seattle, and backed it up with an 18-6 victory in Vegas.
The wins kept coming as they returned home for their next two games, where they beat St Louis 34-28 and Vegas 32-18.
DC took firm control of the division in Week 5 when they completed a season sweep of the Battlehawks, winning 28-20 in St Louis.
They then downed Houston 37-26 in a game many billed as being a dress rehearsal for the 2023 XFL Championship Game.
