Houston Dynamo vs LAFC Preview & Picks

Houston Dynamo secured an impressive 2-0 win over LAFC in their last match as they bounced back from a 1-0 loss to Toronto the game before.

LAFC were left stunned by Houston last time out as they slipped to a disappointing 2-0 defeat.

  • LAFC have won their last two away games
  • Dynamo have only won four of their 12 home games

Head-To-Head

LAFC have won three of their 10 against their opponents, with Houston securing four times and the other three finishing as draws.

Houston Dynamo Form

Houston Dynamo have been enjoying a fairly good season this time round, with the side securing 11 wins from their opening 26 matches.

The 40 points they have notched is enough to see them sitting seventh in the Western Conference, six clear of Austin FC in 10th. With a playoff place in their grip right now, Houston will want to keep winning matches and climbing up the table.

However, with just four wins in their 12 home games, Houston have struggled for wins on their own patch, and they will struggle against an opponent that is strong on the road.

LAFC Form

LAFC sit in second in the Western Conference with 47 points, meaning they are five behind LA Galaxy at the summit.

LAFC do have the luxury of having three games in hand over the Conference leaders, but they have to contend with the fact they have won one of their last four. Now, the focus is on bouncing back from their 2-0 loss to the same opponent in their last outing.

With two wins in their last two matches on the road, we are backing LAFC to hit the ground running as they notch their sixth win in 12 matches away from home.
