DC bounced back a week ago though, marking their home opener with their first win of the campaign.
The Defenders held off a late drive by Houston to beta the Roughnecks 23-18 and improve to 1-1.

The Renegades enjoyed an improbably run to the XFL Championship Game last season despite posting a losing regular season record.
They then stunned a dominant DC Defenders team to be crowned the first XFL champions since 2001.
However, Arlington have endured a rough start to life in the UFL, losing 27-14 to Birmingham in a season-opening clash between the 2023 XFL and USFL champions.
The Renegades then went out on the road for the first time and were beaten 27-24 in St Louis.
