Houston come into this Week 4 matchup on the back of their first win of the 2023 regular season.
The Gamblers, who went 3-7 last season, made a rough start to the new campaign as they lost their first two games.
They fell to a 29-13 defeat when they hosted Michigan at their adopted Liberty Stadium home in Week 1.
Houston then suffered a 38-31 loss to New Orleans in a shootout that saw their offense finally burst into life.
The Gamblers’ offense fired again in Week 3, and this time it resulted in victory as they saw off Memphis, 30-26.

Philadelphia go into this game looking to bounce back from a couple of disappointing defeats that have left them 2-1.
The Stars made it all the way to the Championship Game last season, where they were narrowly beaten, and they made a winning start to 2023.
They ran out 27-23 winners when they paid a visit to Memphis in Week 1 of the regular season.
