Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints Predictions & Picks

New Orleans are tipped to cover as they rebound from their Paris loss.

Cleveland boast the better record, but they just got blown out by Pittsburgh and are without Deshaun Watson for this one, meaning the Saints have a great opportunity to get their first home win of the season.
  • Cleveland Browns are 2-3 on the road this season
  • Cleveland Browns are 0-3-0 ATS in their 3 defeats
  • New Orleans Saints have not lost to Cleveland since 2014
  • The Under has cashed in 3 of Cleveland’s last 4 games

Head To Head

  • Cleveland Browns lead the all-time series 13-7
  • New Orleans Saints won 35-14 when the two teams last met in November 2024

Cleveland Browns Form

Cleveland head to New Orleans on the back of their third defeat of the 2026 campaign.

The Browns lost 34-10 in Jacksonville in opening weekend, but issued an impressive response as they reeled off three consecutive victories.

They beat Tampa Bay 23-19 on the road, before returning home to down Carolina, 21-18, and Pittsburgh, 27-24.

Cleveland’s run was ended by a 17-12 loss at the New York Jets, but they responded by beating Baltimore 13-10 and Tennessee 27-24.

The Browns failed to make it three-in-a-row though, as they lost 27-6 at Pittsburgh in a game that also saw them lose Deshaun Watson to a concussion.

New Orleans Saints Form

New Orleans return from the bye week with a 2-5 record, and still seeking their first home win of the season.

The Saints lost 31-30 in overtime in Detroit in the season opener, but responded to that loss with a surprise 24-17 victory in Baltimore.

They failed to build on that though as they lost three straight games at home, falling 35-27 to Las Vegas, 45-24 to Atlanta and 23-13 to Minnesota.

New Orleans finally snapped their losing skid with a 34-27 success at the New York Giants, but their joy was short-lived.

In the first ever regular season game to be played in Paris, France, the Saints suffered a 16-10 defeat at the hands of Pittsburgh.

Verdict

Cleveland have surprised so far this season, but they are coming off an ugly loss that has also cost then Deshaun Watson for the time being.

As a result, we are leaning towards a Saints team that has had added time to prepare of this matchup and has shown a few flashes this season.
