Ottawa head to Toronto with a playoff place secure despite suffering four straight defeats to fall to 8-7-1.
The Redblacks did their good work during the first 14 weeks of the season as they put together an 8-3-1 record that featured a six-game unbeaten run.
Their form nose-dived in the middle of September though, as a 37-21 defeat at Hamilton began a four-game losing skid.
Ottawa then lost 24-12 when they hosted Montreal, before heading to Saskatchewan for a 29-16 defeat to the Roughriders.
The Redblacks’ slump then continued last Monday as they again lost to defending champions Montreal, this time 19-12 on the road.

Toronto go into this game with a 9-7 record knowing that one more win will secure home field advantage in the first round of the postseason.
The Argonauts kicked off the season with back-to-back wins, but consistency has largely eluded them ever since.
They lost four of the next six, before finally stringing together a couple of wins in August, beating Calgary 39-25 and Sasktachewan 20-19 at home.
Toronto’s form dipped again as they lost three of the next four, but they have managed to fend off Ottawa in the East standings thanks to upset wins either side of the bye.
The Argonauts bounced back from a loss to Hamilton with a 37-31 victory over Montreal, and then backed that up by winning 14-11 in Winnipeg.
