Georgia overcame a couple of conference defeats to claim the SEC crown and secure a place in the quarter-finals of the College Football Playoffs.
The Bulldogs started the season as the number one ranked team in the country and sent an early message with a 34-3 blowout of Clemson.
They underwhelmed after that though and were knocked off top spot before suffering a 41-34 defeat at the hands of Alabama.
Georgia rebounded with four straight wins, including a 30-15 victory over top-ranked Texas, only to then suffer another setback as they were beaten 28-10 at Ole Miss.
The Bulldogs won their final three games though, including a 31-17 victory over Tennessee, and then beat Texas 22-19 in overtime in the SEC Championship Game.

Notre Dame entered the College Football Playoffs having bounced back from a shock defeat in September with 10 straight victories to finish 11-1.
The Fighting Irish opened with a 23-13 victory at Texas A&M, only to suffer a sensational 16-14 defeat when they hosted Northern Illinois in their home opener.
Their response was emphatic though, as they beat Purdue 66-7 to spark a run of 10 consecutive wins that included successes against three ranked teams.
Notre Dame beat Louisville 31-24 at home, before downing both Navy and Army on neutral sites, 51-14 and 49-14 respectively.
The Fighting Irish then wrapped up their regular season campaign with a 49-35 win at USC, ensuring they would make the first ever 12-team playoffs.
They then made it 11 wins in a row in the opening round of the playoffs, as they downed Indiana 27-17.
