The Rebels raced out of the blocks with a four-game win streak, starting with a 76-0 shutout win over Furman.
They backed that up with a 52-3 blowout of Middle Tennessee State, a 40-6 rout of Wake Forest and a 52-13 success against Georgia Southern.
Ole Miss’ perfect start was ended by a 20-17 defeat to Kentucky, and although they rebounded with a 27-3 win at South Carolina, they failed to back it up, losing 29-26 at LSU.
The Rebels again avoided back-to-back defeats though, beating Oklahoma 26-14 at home last weekend.

Arkansas also go into this game looking for back-to-back wins for the first time since September.
The Razorbacks opened with a 70-0 blowout of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, only to lose 39-31 at Oklahoma State a week later.
They responded to that loss with back-to-back wins, beating UAB 37-27 at home and Auburn 24-14 on the road, but failed to make it three-in-a-row as they lost 21-17 to Texas A&M.
Arkansas bounced back in stunning fashion as they upset Tennessee 19-14, only to then lose 34-10 when they hosted LSU.
The Razorbacks do go into this game on the back of a win however, have won 58-25 at Mississippi State last weekend.
