Buffalo go into the AFC Championship Game on a good run of form, having won 12 of their previous 14 games.
The Bills raced out of the blocks with three straight wins, only to cool off briefly when they lost 35-10 in Baltimore and 23-20 at Houston.
They rebounded strongly though, reeling off seven consecutive victories including a 30-21 success when they hosted Kansas City back on November 17.
Buffalo’s streak was ended by a 44-42 shutout loss at the Los Angeles Rams, but they rebounded to beat Detroit 48-42, New England 24-21, and the New York Jets, 40-14.
A weakened Bills team dropped the regular season finale to New England, 23-16, but the stars returned for the Wildcard round and they cruised past Denver, 31-7.
They then secured a trip to the AFC Championship Game by holding on to down Baltimore, 27-25.
