Buffalo head to the ‘Big Apple’ looking to snap a two-game losing skid that has left them with a 3-2 record.
The Bills kicked off the season strongly as they won their first three games, starting with a 34-28 victory over Arizona.
They backed that up on the road with a 31-10 win in Miami, before returning home to beat Jacksonville 47-10.
Buffalo’s unbeaten start ended at three games though, as they went out on the road to lose 35-10 to Baltimore.
That then became back-to-back defeats for the Bills as they paid a visit to Houston and were beaten 23-20 by the Texans.
New York Jets Form
New York also enter this matchup having lost their last two games, but having also fired their head coach this week.
The Jets fired Robert Salah in the wake of the defeat in London, which has left them with a 2-3 record.
They kicked off the season with a 32-19 defeat in San Francisco, but bounced back a week later as they travelled to Tennessee to beat the Titans, 24-17.
New York backed that up with a 24-3 blowout of New England, but they have not won a game since then.
The Jets were beaten 10-9 at home by Denver, before travelling to London for a 23-17 defeat to Minnesota that cost Salah his job.
