Cincinnati return from the bye week looking to continue some improved form that has taken them to 3-3.
The Bengals opened the season with 24-3 defeat at division rivals Cleveland, and then lost 27-24 in their home opener against another AFC North opponent, Baltimore.
They finally got off the mark with a 19-16 win at home to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3, but they did not immediately back that up.
Cincinnati went back out on the road a week later and produced a terrible offensive display as they were beaten 27-3 in Tennessee.
The Bengals have not lost since though, following up a 34-20 win in Arizona with a 17-13 home win against Seattle.
San Francisco 49ers Form
San Francisco return home looking to get back on track after consecutive defeats saw them fall to 5-2.
The 49ers opened the season with back-to-back road wins, beating Pittsburgh 30-7 and the Los Angeles Rams 30-23.
They then downed the New York Giants, 30-12 in their home opener and the first of three straight games at Levi’s Stadium.
The wins kept coming for San Francisco as they beat division rivals Arizona, 35-16, before blowing out long-time rivals Dallas, 42-10.
The 49ers’ streak came to an end when they went back out on the road though, as they lost 19-17 in Cleveland and 22-17 at Minnesota.
