Philadelphia head out on the road for the second weekend running looking to make it three wins on the bounce.
The Eagles enjoyed a winning start to the season as the beat Green Bay 34-29 in Brazil, but they won only one of the next three.
They were beaten 22-21 by Atlanta in their home opener, and then failed to back up a 15-12 victory in New Orleans as they lost 33-16 at Tampa Bay.
Philadelphia climbed back to .500 with their first home win a week later, beating Cleveland 20-16.
The Eagles then won back-to-back games for the first time this season as they downed division rivals, the New York Giants, 28-3.
Cincinnati Bengals Form
Cincinnati return home looking to build on a couple of road wins that have improved their record to 3-4.
The Bengals are notorious for slow starts, but a 16-10 defeat when they hosted New England on opening weekend was still a surprise.
They then lost 26-25 in Kansas City and 38-33 at home to Washington, before finally getting off the mark with a 34-24 victory in Carolina.
Cincinnati failed to back that up as they were beaten 41-38 in overtime by Baltimore at home, but their response to that heart-breaking loss was good.
The Bengals travelled to New York to down the Giants 17-7, before heading to Cleveland to beat the Browns 21-14.
