Pittsburgh Steelers Form

Pittsburgh wrapped up the regular season with a three-game win streak to finish 10-7 and earn a playoff place.

The Steelers went 7-4 through September to November, but a sudden collapse in form in December threatened their postseason chances.

A 24-10 defeat at home to Arizona began a three-game losing skid that saw them also fall 21-18 to New England and 30-13 at Indianapolis.

Pittsburgh turned to Mason Rudolph after the loss to the Colts, and his introduction sparked some life into the offense over the final three weeks.

The Steelers won 34-11 against Cincinnati and 30-23 at Seattle, before closing out the regular season with a 17-10 win over a Baltimore team who rested a bunch of starters.

Buffalo Bills Form

Buffalo won their final five regular season games to finish 11-6 and beat Miami to the AFC East crown.

The Bills failed to find some consistency before their late bye week, going 6-6 across their first 12 games of the season.

However, they were able to find some form after returning to action on December 10, beating a string of playoff-bound teams to continue their dominance of their division.

Buffalo sparked a five-game win streak with a 20-17 victory over Kansas City, which was followed by a 31-10 win against Dallas, a 24-22 success at the Los Angeles Chargers and a 27-21 win over New England.

That set up a winner-takes-all meeting in Miami last week, and the Bills took it by beating the Dolphins 21-14.
