Buffalo won their final five regular season games to finish 11-6 and beat Miami to the AFC East crown.
The Bills failed to find some consistency before their late bye week, going 6-6 across their first 12 games of the season.
However, they were able to find some form after returning to action on December 10, beating a string of playoff-bound teams to continue their dominance of their division.
Buffalo sparked a five-game win streak with a 20-17 victory over Kansas City, which was followed by a 31-10 win against Dallas, a 24-22 success at the Los Angeles Chargers and a 27-21 win over New England.
That set up a winner-takes-all meeting in Miami last week, and the Bills took it by beating the Dolphins 21-14.
