The "Florida Swing" of the PGA Tour comes to as conclusion with this week's Valspar Championship, but who will leave the Innisbrook Resort with the winner's check?

Viktor Hovland returns to defend his title after a one-stroke victory over Justin Thomas in 2025.

These are our four selections that could win the title this weekend.

Xander Schauffele

Xander Schauffele has been in great touch in his last four outings, placing T19 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, T7 at the Gensis Invitational, T24 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and 3rd at the Players Championship last weekend.

Before that, Schauffele struggled with his game at the start of the new PGA Tour season, missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open before finishing T41 at the WM Phoenix Open.

The two-time Major champion has made three appearances at the Valspar Championship, placing T12 in 2022, T5 in 2024, and T12 in 2025.

Schauffele has claims for the title at Innisbrook after achieving two top-ten finishes in three events.

Matt Fitzpatrick

Robert MacIntyre has been in decent nick on the PGA Tour lately, placing T24 at the Genesis Invitational, T41 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and 2nd at the Players Championship last weekend.

Before that, Fitzpatrick started his season well with a T63 at the American Express, 9th at the WM Phoenix Open, and T14 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

The former U.S. Open champion has played at the Valspar Championship on three occasions, with results of MC in 2018, T5 in 2022, and MC in 2023.

Fitzpatrick can convert his current form into a victory in Florida this weekend.

Jacob Bridgeman

Jacob Bridgeman has been on top of his game on the PGA Tour lately, placing T8 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, winning at the Gensis Invitational, finishing T18 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and T5 at the Players Championship last weekend.

Before those performances, Bridgeman recorded a T4 at the Sony Open in Hawaii, a T13 at the American Express, and a T18 at the WM Phoenix Open.

The 26-year-old has featured twice at the Valspar Championship, missing the cut in 2024 before placing 3rd in 2025.

Bridgeman has been in top form and can win his second PGA Tour title of the season come Sunday.

Sahith Theegala

Sahith Theegala began his season on the PGA Tour in solid form, placing T31 at the Sony Open in Hawaii, T8 at the American Express, T7 at the Farmers Insurance Open, and T18 at the WM Phoenix Open.

Theegala has been thereabouts in his next four starts, finishing T60 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, T22 at the Genesis Invitational, T6 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and T32 at the Players Championship last weekend.

The American has contested the Valspar Championship twice, placing T7 in 2022 before finishing T36 in 2025.

Theegala will be challenging for the title in Florida this weekend if he can replicate his form from earlier in the year.
