Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars Predictions & Picks
Jacksonville are tipped to cover as they make a winning return to action.
The Jaguars are well rested after the two-week stint in London, and despite that loss this is a good team with playoff ambitions.
The Colts, on the other hand, have seemingly waved the white flag, starting their fire sale by letting two big talents go (and more may have gone by the time this game kicks off).
- Jacksonville Jaguars are 4-2 this season
- Jacksonville Jaguars are 3-1-0 ATS in their 4 wins
- Indianapolis Colts have lost 3 straight games
- Indianapolis Colts are 1-4-0 ATS in their 5 losses
- The Over has cashed in 6 of the last 7 meetings
Head To Head

- Jacksonville Jaguars won 23-17 when the two teams last met in December 2025
Indianapolis Colts Form
Indianapolis head out on the road having lost three consecutive games to fall to 2-5 on the season.
The Colts opened with a 41-23 defeat at home to Baltimore, before travelling to Kansas City for a 33-30 overtime loss to the Chiefs.
They finally got off the mark in Week 3 as they beat Houston 19-17 at home, and they backed that up a week later as they downed Washington in overtime on the road, 30-13.
Indianapolis have not won since though, with a 34-22 defeat in Pittsburgh sparking a three-game losing run that has resulted in the GM being fired and key pieces being traded.
The Colts have also lost 26-20 at home to Tennessee, and 16-10 on the road at Minnesota.
Jacksonville Jaguars Form
Jacksonville return from the bye week looking to rebound from the defeat at Wembley, which dropped them to 4-2.
The Jaguars raced out of the blocks with a 34-10 blowout of Cleveland at home, but failed to follow that up a week later as they lost 20-13 in Denver.
They issued an immediate – and impressive – response, as they dominated New England in a 35-6 victory at home.
Jacksonville backed that up by winning 22-17 in Cincinnati, before downing Philadelphia 19-17 in London thanks to a walk-off field goal.
The Jaguars were unable to go 2-0 in England though, as they were then victims of a last-gasp field goal themselves, falling 34-31 to Houston.
Verdict
Indianapolis’ actions this week suggest they are already done with the 2026 season.
The same cannot be said for this playoff chasing Jacksonville team, and we are backing the Jaguars to cover the spread as they record win number five.
