Notre Dame enter the 2024 season looking to make a run at the College Football Playoffs after falling short in 2023.
The Fighting Irish went 9-3 during the regular season, but a couple of costly defeats prevented them from fighting for the national title.
They suffered a heart-breaking 17-14 loss at home to Ohio State and were also beaten 31-21 when they visited unranked Clemson in early November.
Notre Dame did end the regular season with a couple of victories though, downing Wake Forest 45-7 at home and Stanford 56-23 on the road.
The Fighting Irish then took on Oregon State in the Sun Bowl and ran out 40-8 winners to end the season on a high.

Texas A&M come into the 2024 campaign with a new head coach as they move on from the Jimbo Fisher Era.
The Aggies have turned to former Duke defensive co-ordinator Mike Elko after going 7-6 in what proved to be Fisher’s final season in charge.
They suffered an early setback with a 48-33 defeat at Miami FL, but they rallied to enter October with a 4-1 record.
However, Texas A&M went 3-4 over their final seven games of the season, losing all four of their meetings with ranked teams.
Their seven wins were enough for the Aggies to earn a Bowl Game, but they failed to sign off with a victory as they were beaten 31-21 by Oklahoma State in the Texas Bowl.
