Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts Preview & Picks

Denver are tipped to bring Indianapolis back down to Earth on Sunday.

The Broncos can lean on a hugely-improved run game and a dominant defense that will pose a much tougher threat to Daniel Jones than the Dolphins did.

  • Denver won by 18 points when the teams met last December
  • The Under has cashed in 3 of the previous 4 meetings
  • The Under hit in Denver’s opening game of the season
  • The Under cashed in Indianapolis’ season-opening game

Head To Head

  • The all-time series is tied at 15-15
  • Denver Broncos won 31-13 when the two teams last met in December 2024

Denver Broncos Form

Denver head out on the road for the first time this season looking to back up an opening day win over Tennessee.

The Broncos ended an eight-year absence from the playoffs as they went 10-7 in 2024 to earn a place in the postseason.

Their stay proved to be a brief one though, as they were beaten blown out on the road by Buffalo in the Wildcard round, losing 31-7.

It was still a positive step forward for Denver though, after a string of losing seasons, and their quest for a return to the playoffs in 2025 got off to a successful start last weekend.

The Broncos shut down the Tennessee offense and dominated on the ground as they ran out 20-12 winners against the Titans.

Indianapolis Colts Form

Indianapolis enter this matchup looking to back up their opening-day demolition of Miami at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The Colts failed to make the postseason for the fourth straight year in 2024 as they finished 8-9 in the AFC South.

Consistency eluded them throughout the campaign as they strung together wins on just two occasions and had issues at quarterback.

Indianapolis attempted to solve that problem by bringing in former New York Giants QB Daniel Jones in the offseason, and he enjoyed a highly successful debut last weekend.

Jones went 22/29 for 272 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for two more scores as the Colts blew out Miami, 33-8.
