However, the Kansas City running back has found the endzone repeatedly over the past several weeks, and only one Chiefs player has managed more touchdowns this season.
Hunt’s touchdowns tend to come in bunches too – he had five across the first five games of the season, and then scored in each of KC’s final two regular-season outings.
He has followed up those scoring performances in the postseason, finding paydirt in both of the Chiefs’ playoff wins, and both have been the first TD of the game.

Surprisingly, Saquon Barkley did not lead Philadelphia in rushing touchdowns during the regular season, finishing one behind Jalen Hurts.
However, that does little to dampen our belief that he is the leading contender to score the game’s first touchdown, or at last the Eagles’ first.
Barkley has been on a dominant run that should have resulted in him setting a new record for single-season rushing yards (being rested for a dead rubber ended his chances).
He has shown up massively during the postseason too, playing a decisive role in the three victories that secured a trip to the Super Bowl for Philly.
Barkley has five touchdowns across those three games, with three of those scores coming in the first quarter of a game, so an early score from the Eagles running back is a real possibility in Super Bowl 59.
