New England Patriots at Chicago Bears Predictions & Picks

Chicago are tipped to cover as they make it back-to-back wins.

The Bears offense is rolling again following the return of Caleb Williams – who dissected the Falcons on the way to a victory that was more convincing than the final score suggests.

And on defense, Kyler Gordon’s comeback is a massive shot in the arm for a unit that can take advantage of New England’s banged up offensive line.
  • Chicago Bears are 4-2-0 ATS this season
  • New England Patriots are 1-2 on the road in 2026
  • The Under has cashed in 4 of Chicago’s last 5 games
  • The Under has hit in 2 of New England’s 3 road games

Head To Head

  • New England Patriots lead the all-time series 11-5
  • New England Patriots won 19-3 when the two teams last met in November 2024

New England Patriots Form

New England have rebounded from an underwhelming start to the season with three straight wins to improve to 4-2.

The Patriots opened the season by losing a rematch of last season’s Super Bowl, falling 13-10 on the road in Seattle.

They rebounded in the home opener, beating Pittsburgh 20-3, only to immediately return to losing ways as they were blown out in Jacksonville, 35-6.

New England have not lost since though, sparking this current win streak with a 29-26 upset of the Bills in Buffalo.

The Patriots have backed that up with home victories over Las Vegas, 45-17, and the New York Jets, 26-19.

Chicago Bears Form

Chicago return home having rebounded from the brutal loss in Green Bay with a victory that improved them to 4-2.

The Bears kicked off the campaign with a 59-37 win in Carolina, only to then lose 9-3 at home to Minnesota in a game where they lost Caleb Williams to injury.

They overcame his absence as they beat Philadelphia 27-7 and the New York Jets 23-12 at home, but that was not the case in Week 5.

Chicago travelled to Green Bay to take on their arch rivals, the Packers, and with Tyson Bagent at the controls the offense stalled in a 31-7 defeat.

Williams returned last Sunday though, and put on a headline-grabbing show as he led the Bears to a 31-23 victory in Atlanta.

Verdict

Chicago’s answer to the Green Bay debacle with strong, with the returns of Williams and Gordon giving them huge boosts on both sides of the football.

The Bears can now build on that with a big Thursday Night Football win over the Patriots.
