Ottawa head to Winnipeg still seeking their first win of the season, having now lost eight consecutive games.
The Redblacks opened the season with three home games across the first five weeks, but failed to make the most of that.
They lost 29-21 to Edmonton and 44-24 to Toronto, and then followed a 37-35 defeat in Montreal with a 27-22 loss to defending champions Saskatchewan.
Ottawa’s miserable start continued as they were blown out in Edmonton, 40-17, before suffering a 36-34 overtime defeat to Winnipeg that sent them into their second bye week at 0-6.
The Redblacks then lost 34-13 to Montreal in their return to action, and fell to 0-8 last time out as they were beaten 42-20 at Saskatchewan.
